Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about buying with us. Still have a question? Get in touch.

Are all pieces one of a kind?

Yes. Every item is a single, individually sourced vintage piece — once it's sold, it's gone. If something is marked sold, get in touch and we may be able to find you something similar.

How does delivery work?

We are based in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne and our items are always available for local pick up. We will be in touch once you've made your purchase to arrange how you can collect your item. Delivery is also an option. Please use our shipping quote form below and include your shipping location and the item. We will get back to you within 1–2 days with shipping costs.

You are welcome to use our Shipping Quote Form for any item you are interested in. Delivery is quoted per item based on size and location.

What condition are the pieces in?

Each listing has an honest condition note and detailed photos. These are genuine vintage items, so expect some patina and wear consistent with age. Please review the description and photos carefully before purchasing.

What's your return policy?
